If you already have plans, great! If not, they are needed not only for permits but for a down to the penny pricing of the design. No plans, you’re in luck. Plans do cost money unfortunately. We can do the design drawing and those drawings are yours. You are free to take them to others for competitive pricing on exactly the project that you have specified. Then if you choose us to do the project, we will discount our best price by the cost of the design & drafting. So, your drawings are free when you contract with D-Tails.
